My boobs hurt. Tell me this goes away...

My boobs are killing me, they are so sensitive.  I'm EP and getting a decent amount of milk (~24 ounces a day) but anything that touches my boobs, like the shower water, holding the baby on my chest, kills.  Please tell me this goes away and isn't going to last until I stop pumping.

    The good news is it does go away.  The bad news is that it took 3 months for me.

    For me it has come and gone.  I hope it goes away and I've heard it does, but I think every situation is different.  I'm not getting my hopes up at this point...
