How are you handling your appetite? I feel like I'm starving 90% of the time. I've been trying to make good choices with what I'm eating and snacking on, but its hard to do when you're hungry ALL THE TIME! I'm not trying to diet since I know that can effect my supply, but I'm also not trying to gain a bunch of weight either.
Do you eat every time you're hungry or do you try to eat/snack based on normal meal times etc.?

Thats how I am, sometimes I feel like I eat more now than when I was PG. I always try and have a small, healthy as possible, snack after i'm done bfing DD or have something small while i'm pumping. I have lost all my PG weight but 5 lbs, and have been the same weight, even eatting as much as I have been I have not gained. I also drink alot of water, about a gallon a day. That will help keep the full feeling sometimes too.
ive been doing luna bars, string cheese, fruit...etc.
the mini luna bars make for a good snack, low cal and some protein. i'm always hungry too!
I eat when I'm hungry, and drink lots of fluids during the day. Since I'm frequently eating, I just make sure not to eat a bunch of crap. My snacks are fruits, veggies, and protein (nuts, lean meats, etc.).
I have noticed lately that I eat like a crazy lady....I cannot believe how hungry I am all the time. I have been eating lots of things with oats in them - oatmeal cookies, granola bars etc., fruit and I tend to grab a ham sandwich for lunch (cheap and quick)
