Help...please help me...please tell me I'm not going out of my ever loving mind. As I'm typing this I'm pretty much sobbing hysterically. Earlier today I could have strangled someone and was so mad at absolutely nothing!
I hate myself right now...I'm a nut case...I have this feeling of wanting to crawl out of my skin.
Has anyone experience this before on Clomid? I know it can cause serious mood swings but damnn! I just pray to God that I don't have to take 100mg...I don't think I could handle it.

Thank you...this is my 3rd day on it...I was o.k. the first two days; just really tired and a little bit of dizziness and nausea.
UGH!! 2 more days...I so hope they are better. I thought today was going to be better when I wasn't tired or dizzy this morning....boy was I WRONG!

Hey sweetie...you will def. be in my prayers. I know everyone is different and will react different...
I really hope you get off easy. I've heard several people say the 50mg wasn't bad...I think I'm just uber sensitive to any medication that alters my hormones. It is what it is.

Yea, I have been on the Metformin for about a year now. It took me about 6 months to be able to stand the 1700 a day but im glad I did. I O'd with it last cycle and could not be happier! I took Clomid for the first 2 cycles and im sure with the next one I will too.
Congrats on Oing with the Metformin! I know we have to just bear through the s/e to get what we want...its just really hard to see the good out of this right now. Obviously if I get KU I'll be ecstatic...all this is just really making me hate the people that get KU on "accident".

Ugh, that's not fun at all! I haven't had ANY dreams/nightmares...the first two nights I was out like a light...and last night I could NOT get to sleep for anything. I think I got 2 hours on/off sleep....which probably doesn't help the emotional aspect of all this.

No I didn't have any s/e at all with 50mg and olny hotflashes/night sweats with the 100mg.
Provera on the other hand made me a crying mess. I hope it eases up for you hon and if for some reason this cycle doesn't end up working out, maybe try femara next cycle?

Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

Hey hon...I think I've got myself calmed down for the most part. Just taking slow deep breaths and trying my best to be complacent about everything right now.
And Femara is out of the question at my RE...I talked to bhilyer b/c she used to go to my RE...and she said they refused to use any drug for an off-label use. Oh and she mentioned to me that she never met the elusive RE either...so I'm not feeling so confident about my RE office anymore. ::sigh::
I'll get through it...but if this cycle doesn't work, I have a good mind to just go natural next cycle...maybe the next 2.

I am glad you are feeling a little better hon. Do you think maybe you can just make it an early night tonight and try and get some rest??
I would def. be calling your doctor office and let them know how hard the 50mg is for you.
I hope they have a good plan going forward if for some reason it doesn't work. I am so sorry it is making you feel so terrible. It is crazy how different people react to it!

**Dx: Anovulation, Hypothryroidism, Mild Endo, Pituitary Adenoma (prolactin issues), PAI-1, MFI **

Oh im so sorry you are having those kind of side effects. I had such anxiety before taking it and i barely remembered it was there. I did get hot flashes randomly and blamed it on the weather too so i didnt go crazy. I did not respond to 100 mg so this cycle i will take 150 mg and see what happens. I didnt experience much so im not too worried. My dr did tell me if anyting strange happened to call him so mentioning this to your dr wouldnt be a bad thing. GL and i hope you feel better soon....
ps i heard someone say they were an emotional mess on provera?? Anyone else, i am on that now! thanks
