NBR: Going into Escrow!!!

I'm so excited that I just had to share.  We've made 10 offers had 5 accepted and 2 short sales are still sitting in limbo with the seller's lender, 1 was accepted and then the seller changed their mind, and the last one we really thought we were going to get but then on Monday the lender told us that they had decided to just forclose instead.  Finally on Wednesday we found and awesome bank owned home and put in an offer, they countered today, we signed it, and now we're in escrow!!!  We are in a two bedroom apartment right now so the idea of a four bedroom house with a backyard is like a dream come true!
