  I know my gf found a rental on realtor.com. Just type in the zip code of the area you want and townhouses/homes, etc.. show up. HTH

  Our realtors are a couple (our bf's) and they have a business with their family.  They also do rentals and they helped our friends find a great house that they just leased.  Their website is www.knarealty.com, ask for Mario.

  Are you relatively close to where you're looking? If you are, then your best bet is to drive through the neighborhoods your interested in and look for for rent signs. Most people don't list their rentals with realtor services.  Most put a for rent in front of the house and they list on  craigslist, the herald, the sun sentinel or the flyer. I found the two rentals we lived in before we bought our house by driving through the neighborhood and by checking craigslist.  Just be careful you don't get into a foreclosure. You can look on the Miamidade clerk of courts website to see if the property has been served with a foreclosure notice.
