I am an emotional wreck today...

What on earth is my problem?  I am teary at the silliest things.  I ws just watching Say Yes to the Dress on On Demand and started crying when the Dad started crying.

Ugh, I haven't had a day like this in a LONG time, guess I was overdue.

    I laid down in bed last night and just cried for a good 10 mins for no obvious reason. I felt better after :)

    thank god I'm not the only one. I started crying in the car on the way to lunch today because I got stuck at a red light. lol
