Thank you to whoever (I think Shell) suggested I make candy sushi as my 'Chinese dessert'. It's not terribly authentic but surprisingly yummy.

No pics of the final product but here we are at about the halfway point.

    That's the best part... you get to smile in that "oh-so-humble-but-not-really" way and say, "Oh it was nothing, really..."

    It's seriously easy! If you passed 1st grade arts and crafts you can make 'em.

    My fish prefer the more politically correct term "Swedish-Chinese Fish" (or "Fish of Mixed Origin") if you don't mind.
