Childcare ideas...

I live in the Parkrose area and am wondering if anyone out there has some good reccomendations for an infant sitter.  I am due to have baby #2 in October and DH and I are at a loss for what we will be doing with the little man when I go back to work.  My daughter goes to a school by DH's work but they do not take infants and I am really not comfortable with an infant in a facility anyway.

My daughter had a close friend watch her until she was 2.5.  Unfortunately, Nana B is not available for this one so we don't know what we are going to do.  One thing we are thinking is possibly hiring someone to come into our home to watch the little man and DD(part-time, she will still go to school some days).

So I am coming to all of you to see if you have any ideas?  Thanks in advance for your assistance!!

    Have you looked at UrbanMamas? There's a lot of talk of nannies and such there.
