I am just wondering if it's only my husband and I that have noticed that when our son is wearing Pampers there
1) Seems to be more room and fit more comfortably and
2) Never Leak!
When we put our son in Huggies the poo always explodes out the back and also right up his back! It causes us LOTS of unecessary laundry!!! Unfortunately we have 2 packs of 72 count of Huggies that we have to use but after that we aren't buying anymore Huggies!!!! What's your experience???
Re: what's your experience? Huggies vs. Pampers
Huggies seemed to leak pee, but never poop for us. Still never buying them again though. We tried pampers, huggies, luvs, and a random store brand and today we went back to pampers.
Your LO is adorable...
We have had the same experience with the Huggies vs. Pampers...if we are really careful about getting the flaps around the legs out, we don't have as many leaks, I do get the leaks in the front though, when I forget to put his "peepee" facing down...which is about every other diaper change...
However, my friend LOVES Huggies and they are the only ones she buys...
We're still in newborn, and I like pampers better. They are softer, and seem to hold better. However, we will be using more Huggies in the future I'm certain, because they have much better sales and coupons.
On a sidenote, I like Huggies wipes better. They are thicker.
the newborn huggies did not fit my baby right, they dug into her legs but seemed huge around her waist. the newborn pampers were perfect.
also, i hated that winnie the pooh was all over her diapers. it bothered me that her tushy was being used for advertising space...but that may be my own weird issue. :-)
Huggies leaked pee all the time for us. Pampers gave LO what looked like a chemical burn. We stopped using them; didn't want to take the risk anymore.
The only other diapers we have tried are parent's choice. No issues with them, so we'll keep using them.
We did have a pack of Luvs and those worked good as well. I just didn't like the smell of them; too strong.
Pampers leak. Huggies don't.
We buy Huggies for both babies.
