  i was allowed to drive right away as long as i hadnt taken the percocet.

  however i didnt drive until about 3weeks pp.

  I was told pain and pain med free I could drive. We came home Sat from hospital I was driving tues

  TTC #3 with PCOS. Long cycles, ovulate about 4-5 times a year Married 6/9/07 DS 7/15/08 Met RE 12/08 DD 6/2/10

  I've been wondering the same thing! LO is two weeks today - I just want to be able to go to the store instead of having others do it for me...

  DD is my 2nd c-section and both times my OB said no driving for 2 weeks!

  My discharge papers said 1-2 weeks. I wasn't on pain meds when I left the hospital so I drove after 1 week.

  I could drive as soon as I wanted as long as I hadn't taken the pain killers. I drove 2 weeks pp.

  I was told not to for 2 weeks.  Like others I didn't take pain meds during the day so I drove after a week.
