Jewelers in DE?

I am going ring shopping with my BIL!! Yeah. I was thinking DE because of no tax(: We are starting shopping today and recs appreciated.

I will have to ask my mom. She and my sister have both bought jewelry from a place in DE. Ill let you know once I get a hold of her.

I don't know how far you are from Delaware, but it might be worth it to go and look at some respected local independent jewelers in your area and I bet they would be willing to knock 6% off the price for you- if he is planning on spending enough where the tax would make a big difference, then chances are the jeweler would discount the piece in order to make the sale.

Oh also- if I was willing to drive to buy a ring I would probably go to Northern Va and go to Quest.

Ditto to Quest!! They do brilliant work - including the setting for my engagement ring and my band (which I can't wait to put back on after my swelling goes down. Ask for Huan.
