I'm not sure where you are in Jersey. I just moved from Bergen County a week ago and went to Dr.Nasseri at Valley Fertility Center in Paramus. I loved them. All the RE's, nurses, and staff there are absolutely amazing.

I've been seen by RMA for 2+ yrs now. Just had first IVF after several failed IUIs and 3 M/C. IF showed poor egg quality and Dr. Scott said that he only recommends we do one more round of IVF and if the same results occur, he wants us to consider egg donation. Said he fears I just don't produce quality eggs. I feel like he's ready to throw in the towel and get us to another course of action without really pushing the limits. Want to be seen by someone new this summer for a 2nd opinion.
We went with Dr. Morgan at Shore IVF in Lakewood, NJ.
I can't say enough wonderful things about them.
TTC #1 since 2007. Dx: Unexplained infertility. 4 IUIs in 2008 = BFN. IVF #1 07/09. DD #1 born April 2010 (40w5d). TTC #2 since 2011. Dx: Endometriosis and hypothyroidism. 2 FETs in 2012, BFP 6/12 but m/c @ 7 weeks. IVF #2 06/13. DD #2 born March 2014 (40w1d).
Dr. Scott is incredibly highly respected. If he is saying that, I would not go to another NJ clinic and would strongly consider getting your second opinion with Dr. Davis at Cornell in the city. He is an expert in difficult cases.
I did 5 IVF's at RMA and 2 at Cornell before coming back and conceiving my daughter at RMA with DE.
i was seeing 2 different practices in south jersey, but then switched to SIRM in bedminster, nj. i had a wonderful experience with drs. corley and peters. i would recommend them to anyone.

I went to IVF NJ for both of my pgs and they were amazing! The staff, nurses and Dr.s are all wonderfully supportive. They have a few offices throughout NJ. You would have most monitoring appointments at the office of your choice. If you need a weekend or Holiday appointment or for IVF, you'll need to travel to the Somerset office.
I just wanted to add that after IVF #3 I went for a second opinion to IRMS, the infertility clinic at St. Barnabas hospital. I saw Dr. Garisi, who agreed with everything Dr. Drews (my RMA doctor) had done and was recommending.

First I want to tell you I went to RMA (and I am back there again) and have three babies thanks to them. That being said I thought Dr Scott was a well a jerk! Same with Bergh. I think they both were cold and rushed. I was happy they were not my actually dr. My friend was cycling the same time as me (when i went for Brady) and her first IVF was big failure because he refused to up her dosages and than basically told her donor egg is the only option because she has crappy eggs! Well wouldn't you know she switch to Dr Bohrer and he changed her protocol and she got pregnant with twins. The other thing i found ODD with Scott he refused to do karotyping for my friend who had miscarriages. I kept telling her to push it because Dr Fratterelli (who i started out who later left the group and I went with Bohrer) said that whenever someone miscarries they should doing testing. She finally got the test done (with bohrer) and she had the exact same problem as me with MTHFR and Factor II. She took Lovenox (like me) and delivered her babies at 35 weeks! I think the key with certain Dr's you have to be pushy!
The egg quality - I had issues with that a first with IVF #1 which ended in miscarriage. The stopped the Lupron next cycle and added ganerilex? (speliling?!?!) and it did wonders for my cycle.+
Oh...I did consult with SIRM but I felt very uneasy about them. They wanted me to transfer 4 embroyos and I was freaked out so I said no thanks and went to RMA
