I think we had a discussion about this a while back, but can't recall.  Sorry.  I want to get the boys their baby books already so I can store in their their sonogram photos, and begin documenting their kicks, and little memories of the pregnancy - plus I'll have it ready for when they come (wishful thinking that I'll remember to fill it in).  LOL

Anyway, where did you get yours?  I saw some cute oens on Etsy, but $60/ea isn't bad when you only have to buy one!

    I am such a bad mommy. I have not kept up with Sophia's since I was pregnant. I got mine at my shower....and I think its in her closet somewhere.

    I haven't started one and I'm not sure that I will.  I like the idea of it, but I'm not a good scrapbooker and we're terrible about printing pics (hence the catching up on 3 years worth of traveling, lol).  I saw a few at Burlington Coat Factory in their baby section, but if you want something unique then I'd go with Etsy.

    Not necessary for it to be unique, just something w/ the basics and room for photos and "scrapbooking" (first haircut, hospital band, etc).

    Mel - my mom did a decent job w/ keeping up w/ my baby book, but not my sisters!  LOL  However, she was horrible w/ the photos.  She literally has huge tubberware boxes filled w/ photos.  She received a very nice photo album for one of my sisters which she never used.  One summer (I was prob 18), I got bored and made my own photo album of when I was a baby.  LOL  I had tons of fun looking back at the photos of me so small, and my parents looking so different!

    Same here, Jackie. My baby book is detailed and practically finished...my sister's, not so much. I am great with taking pictures and videos and really hope that I keep it up with Isabelle...and hopefully that will be enough for my girls!

    With my first I got 2 at my baby showers.  I bought my 2nds at BRU. I did pretty good with both of theirs until like 2 years for my DD and 1 yr for my DS.  But have done nothing since then.. Geez, I need to look for my DD's, I dont even know where it is. :(

    So, I guess this is a popular shower gift... I'll hold off before buying one then. 

    Liz - I think the fact that you prepared at least up to 1 yr is pretty good!  It is a "baby" book afterall.  LOL

    Jackie-- I actually got 2 other "baby book types" like scrap books that were already done but you just have to add the pictures at my baby shower for my 1st.  Of course I had 3 baby showers and got more stuff than I knew what to do with.  Oh and the one I actually bought was only like 20 bucks, maybe even less. 

    Oh and  the books go up to 5 years though so Im alittle behind.. Now its gonna bug me to find my dds. :)

    I got mine as a gift from BRU. It's basic, but I've done pretty well with keeping it up and it has places for all of those things. Pictures of your shower, pics from each month for the first year, first tooth, first day of school, birthdya parties for the first 5 years, etc.

    this :)  mine were both carters brand (one was from target, one was from bbb)  i've done pretty well wtih filling them up, i just don't have any double sided tape, so the pictures are just lfoating in the book :)
