    That's a pretty ugly thread, in so many ways.
    My thought is, I don't care what the MIL felt (whether it was molestation because she was aroused or not) but what the child felt, or would have felt, if he had memory of it.

    I know someone whose mom "checked" her hymen regularly, and it wasn't for her moms arousal, but it was still serious boundary crossing, and it messed with my friend's head a bit.

    I don't get how its not molestation just because its not for getting off. Rape is about power and control, not just to get off, and its still bad (to understate it)...

    TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!

    I saw that yesterday. I would call the police. That woman should not be around any child, no matter what her intentions are.

    I certainly wouldn't provide her with any temptation if she can't control herself. I'd hold off calling the police until she became physically forceful of the situation. She's clearly crazy, and I would limit my time around her until she began to understand that her behavior is wrong and seeks treatment as to how respect the boundaries of children.

    But, wow.
