Looking to fill DD's daycare spot (downtown Boston)

My DD (19 months) is currently enrolled in a fabulous daycare center/school in downtown Boston- Torit Montessori School.  She started there when she was four months old in the infant class and is now in the toddler program. We just moved to the suburbs and, unfortunately, will need to send her somewhere closer to our new house.

My husband and I had done a lot of daycare research and no program we have seen compares to this toddler program. The teachers are amazing; they are so loving and nurturing but also very focused on each child's development. DD has learned so much. There is a wonderful foreign language (even for the babies) and music program each morning and lots of educational field trips. We hate to withdraw DD because she loves it and is so happy there but it is just not feasible to bring her into the city each day (especially while I will be home on maternity leave for the rest of the year).

The center is relatively small and not very well known so I wanted to help the director fill DD's spot for the beginning of September. If you have a 13 month-2 year old and are interested (or have questions), let me know or you can contact the school director (Kristen) at 857-544-6501 or kristen@toritschool.org.

  • Wow that sounds amazing.  Do you know if they are accepting infants as well?
  • Loading the player...
  • I know that they just enrolled several new infants and I think they're at or near capacity for the summer, but some infants will move up to toddlers at the end of August so you should definitely contact the school to find out if you're interested.
