Says coirker to me yesterday, "I don't like either canidate"

Me thinking: Uhhh there are 6 options on our ballot here how about one of the 4 others?

And then she starts bitching about the crappy bus system here, okay you have NO right to complain anymore since you won't voice your vote.

yeah I dont get why people dont vote either.

They usually seem to be the ones with the BIGGEST complaints but don't try to take any action to get things done.

Agreed. DH has a friend that has never voted yet bitche$ about the economy, taxes, transportation, etc. I got sick of it once and told him I no longer want to hear his complaints until he shows action by voting.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves. You lose your right to complain if you don't exercise your right to vote, IMO

if she's so opposed to all the Pres options, tell her to write in a candidate then! a friend of mine doesn't like any of the options, so he's writing in "Mickey Mouse". Childish, yes. But at least he's voting! (He only cares about voting on the issues that are on our ballot this year.)

If you choose not to vote, you forfeit your right to complain. And if the person you voted for makes bad moves, then you look silly complaining.

I hate that. Even if you hate all the candidates you can always do a write-in vote. There is no excuse.

DH said he was going to be one of the 59% of Americans that will not vote in this election. He said he doesn't like either candidate and doesn't want to choose. I told him he can't complain to me when he doesn't like what is going on in the world since he won't vote.
