I'll be 19 weeks tomorrow and I still haven't felt my baby girl move. Don't think I've even really felt any fluttering. I've had two ultrasounds, and she is a very active baby, jumping around and moving all over the place. I was at a normal weight pre-pregnancy and have gained about 8-9 lbs so far.
I know everyone feels their baby at different time, but I'm getting really anxious!

Re: Almost 19 weeks and no baby movement
I didn't feel DS until around 21 weeks... didn't feel outside kicks till 23 weeks. He was perfectly healthy
This time around I felt my little one MUCH earlier.
I think it's just because I assumed it was gas with DS when it was really him moving around.
I'll be 19 weeks Friday and I don't think I've felt the baby move either.
I've read lots of stuff that says it's normal for it to be week 20 or so to feel it for the first baby but it's still hard not to worry. I thought I felt something last night - but it was so faint that now I wonder if I imagined it! On top of not feeling movement, I've only gained 4 lbs but my doctor thinks that's because I've been so sick with morning sickness since about 6 weeks so she says not to worry. It's hard not to feel anxious but I'm going in for an elective scan tomorrow to see if we can find out the gender and I'm hoping that seeing the baby again will put my mind at ease. Then, I have the anatomy scan next Thursday and I can't wait to have that done to make sure everything is okay.
I think we'll both be feeling our babies move like crazy very soon so try not to worry too much!! Good luck!
At my 16 week appointment my Dr asked me if I had felt any movement yet. When I told him that I hadn't he didn't seemed concerned at all.
He said that sometimes for first time mom's it's hard to be sure what really is movement and what's just gas. He said that if I still hadn't felt any at my 20 week ultrasound that at least I'd be able to see the baby move at the ultrasound and then put the feeling together with seeing the baby move (if that makes sense?)
But I'm pretty sure I'm getting some pretty good movment this week.
