Ive cut out Diet Coke, most artificial sweetners, drink POM juice, take wheat grass, DHEA, Royal Jelly, cut out hard exercise (just go walking now), Prenatal, wear a fertility bracelet and am listening to a meditation cd.
LOL I dont know if everything will work, but I figure its worth a shot! I think the diet changes help me physically, the?fertility?bracelet and cd help emotionally. ?:)
Taking Coq10, Dhea, wheatgrass, fish oil, magnesium, B6, B12 and extra folic acid and of course a prenatal. Cut back on caffeine. Changed detergents. Using organic tampons. Cut out all NSAIDs.
Almost forgot...Preseed and Instead cups.

I drank green tea, took Robitussin and consumed a limited amount of whole milk(as opposed to 2%) when TTC DS. Will be doing the same, minus the Robitussin, once we get really serious about TTC #2.
Over the years I have done numerous things...and now only the following:
PNV; fertility bracelet...mostly because it is too gorgeous not to wear; acupuncture and limited caffeine...not completely cut out of my diet, just less of it in a day. Oh, and occasionally pre-seed.
When I got PG with DD both my hubby and I were on Fertility Blend supplements from GNC (DH is still on them but I can't use with the fertility drugs from the RE) and I did acupuncture too. I also was told to put peacock tail feathers in your bedroom because they "enhance" fertility. Not sure if it did the trick but they sure are pretty to look at!!!
The month I got my BFP, was the only month I tried the green tea thing. Probably drank a cup every other day. I didn't notice a change in CM (mostly because it never really comes out). IDK if it was coincidence or actually did something.
I give up trying to get a ticker. I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome. Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself. Hmmm. How about...

Prenatals (that include 1mg folic acid), DHA, Evening Primrose Oil (AF-O), Pomegranate Juice (AF-O), Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Core (1-5dpo), reducing alcohol/caffeine intake, PreSeed, and starting this cycle, CBEFM.
Tried green tea and Mucinex to increase CM, to no avail. Haven't really found anything that really helps, hence the PreSeed, though I'm wondering if the EPO is helping to stabilize my O date.
when TTC our first, i tried preseed, limited alcohol and caffeine, raspberry tea leaves, pineapple core, was temping/charting, taking prenatals, B6, B12 CBEFM and acupuncture. I feel like i may have forgotten some, but i wasn't doing all that stuff at one time, it kinda came and went depending on what i got fixated on. honestly i think i went overboard because i wanted to be prego so badly and it added to the stress. I wound up getting pg with DD#1 after our first IVF with ICSI. after i got prego, i stayed on the prenatals, B6, B12, RE added baby aspirin for MTHFR and was told to take extra folic acid. I also eventually had to add an iron supplement later on.
when TTC our 2nd, I didn't do anything the first 2 months that we tried naturally. then we did a round of IVF with ICSI that failed. The month after that, I tried the CBEFM and we got our BFP that resulted in DD #2. I only took prenatals with that pregnancy.
Im taking PNV, folic acid, royal jelly, manuka honey, bee pollen, q10, omega3, primrose oil, vit c, wheatgrass and spirulina and drinking pom juice!!!! Im prob doing too much but i have to try atleast, can anyone tell me is DHA the same as DHEA? I have looked for DHEA and nobody knows it (ireland)!!!! I have also tried preseed!! Good luck to you!!
ETA: I take vegetarian DHA (from microalgae instead of fish) supplements (Spectrum Prenatal DHA).
Hi kiki, thanks i will look that up
I think both can aid fertility, but I'm not solid on how DHEA works while TTC/during pregancy. If you find out more definitive information, let me know!
I cut caffeine and artificial sweeteners. I've cut down on soy (which has been hard, because I'm a vegetarian). besides a prenatal and 4 extra mcg of folic acid, I'm taking 100 mg of b6 and 600 mg of calcium.
I use pre-seed.
I'm trying to keep my stress to a minimum with deep breathing and stretching whenever I need to, though that doesn't always work!

The month I got my BFP I drank ginger tea and wore socks at night to keep my feet warm (2 pieces of advice a friend got from her accupuncturist about keeping the body warm) and we used preseed when the CBEFM said high and peak.

I've read that this is what progesterone does in the 2ww. I never thought to put on socks! Can't hurt. ;-)
I started drinking only organic milk and eating only organic meat. I did it for about 6 months and got pregnant the 1st time we tried. I am 38. It did not end well for me as I had a misscarriage but my doctor said getting pregnant that easily at my age was pretty rare.
I once had a dr. (an MD who did clinical research on BCP, social conversation) tell me that the unknown root of alot of fertility issues springs from meat and milk. He said if women eat enough meat and drink enough milk, they don't need BCP, all the hormones do the same thing. I am a believer especially when it is not something that is very expensive and is not bad for me.
