Thursday playgroup?

Hello... now that I am in our new place with lots more space, I was wondering if anyone wanted to do a play group/play date what have you? I can't seem to keep August entertained enough and he would love to have some friends over.

Beaverton is do-able and we'd love to meet some people and make some friends. We just moved here a few months ago and don't know anyone. I know it might be strange to invite someone you don't know to your house (I would feel weird about it), so I was wondering if you might want to meet on a Monday at Book Babies at the Tigard library. It's free. It's at 10:30. I've only gone once, but it was nice. I'm trying to make sure we get there every week, at least for awhile.

I am actually having a playgroup this Friday at 12pm if you want to come! Everyone is bringing a lunch.

I wish we could. Unfortunatly (or fortunatly?) my nephew is putting on a show from his theatre camp that I already agreed to attend (and the show is at 12). How long do you think the play group will go? Maybe we can come by late if the family doesn't do lunch or something.

Anyway, we'll try again. Thanks for the invite.

I haven't actually made it to the book group for 2 weeks. Last week the car wouldn't start, and this week LO had a fever so we stayed home. I do intend to make it next week though...
