Morning Sickness at Work

How do you all deal with morning sickness at work?  I get super-nauseated and I am afraid I'm going to throw up one of these days while at work.  I don't want to tell people at work that I'm pregnant yet (I'm only at 6 weeks!) so I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions.  We have a shared bathroom and any other woman could walk in at any other time.

    It's rough, believe me. Our bathroom is located right in the middle of work, and although I've only ever thrown up at work once, it was horrible and I was in there for a good 20 minutes. But what can you do? If it's really bad, you may have to go on medication but otherwise you're pretty much stuck. Just hope for the best and if you throw up, you throw up. Barf happens.GL!

    My doctor told me to try sour candy, it is said to help. I have not tried it yet, but they said things like sour patch kids, or sour gummies or gumballs. Good luck.

    I'm in my tenth week and have been experiencing severe morning sickness at work. I tried Preggie Pops and they seemed to work for a while.  This morning I actually drank some hot tea (English Breakfast) and it felt so good on my tummy and calmed down the morning sickness. You should also try morning sickness tea. I'm sure you can pick it up at your local health food store or order it online from Amazon or something. Hope something works! Hang in there!

    If you're throwing up every day while you're at work, they'll figure it out.  The sooner they know, the sooner they'll understand and the sooner they can sympathize.  

    My coworkers figured it out the day I threw up all over my keyboard.  

    True story.
