OPK question

So it's the first try for us to use OPK's.. Today was the first day and I only saw one line not even a faint second one (I thought the directions say you still see a second line, a very faint one before the LH surge.  For anyone that uses them, is that ok still.

    It's positive when the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line.  Anything else is a negative, provided the test line shows up to prove the test is working.

    It's different for everyone.  Sometimes you see no line.  For me the line is usually there, just in varying degrees.

    I could be wrong but I think OPK results that indicated an LH surge has to have the test line be equal to or just as dark as the control line... the instructions on the box will confirm this.

    If i start testing too early, i will only have one line, but then the second line appears and they get darker and darker until they are positive. I use first response. I also test twice a day when I have fertile CM. Good luck.
