CM question

According to FF i definitely O'd this month, and last month got a + with OPK's.  However I really don't have much CM at all, at any time during my cycle.  Do yall think this could be a problem? Aside from green tea, is there anything else you'd recommend to increase? Anyone else have this problem?

TTC since 5/2010
DX with Diminished Ovarian Reserve - AMH of 1.1 - 7/2011; AMH of .42 8/2012BFP 9/1/10-M/C confirmed 9/8/10-Methotrexate 10/6/10
IUI #1 (w/clomid)-9/5/11-BFN ; IUI #2 (w/clomid)-10/5/11 - BFP - 11/1/12-No sac seen; 11/2/11 and 11/9/11-Methotrexate 
IVF #1- ER 2/2; ET 2/5;-Two 8 cell embryos transfered = BFFN
Surprise BFP - 5/7/12
U/S on 6/8/12 - H/B at 128 BPM; U/S on 6/14/12 @ 9wks-No H/B-D&C on 6/17/12
IVF 2.0- ER 10/17; ET 10/20-One 12 cell, one 10 cell and one 8 cell embryo transfered
BFP!   11/16/12 U/S- Two nuggets with perfect heartbeats! EDD 7/10/13

    Make sure you're drinking water throughout the day. That will help!

    You can try drinking tons of water.  Some girls take mucinex or robbitusin but *shrug* I'd try the water first.

    You can try Vitamin B6, taken throughout your cycle. My doctor recommended this to me, since I produce the most desirable/fertile quality CM, but not in great quantities. She told me if B6 doesn't help within 2-3 cycles, we could try a small round of Amoxicillin (antibiotic). I've also read that taken an expectorant can help, but I haven't ever confirmed that or tried it.

    I'm on my second month with B6 and it hasn't helped to increase the amount of CM so far. I have noticed this month that my CM is changing in a very "textbook" manner, though, which was never the case before--maybe I can attribute that to the vitamins.

    I don't usually have much cm, but this month I started taking Fertile CM supplements and I've noticed a difference in both fluid and sensitivity.   Wink

    Thanks! I know I don't drink enough water, but for some reason it never occurred to me that it could be affecting the cm.
