prental yoga ocean/monmouth county

anyone do prenatal yoga? i do regular yoga but wanted to try out prenatal? i live in brick and work in spring lake

    I've been to Brahma Yoga in Sea Bright. They are real nice!

    TTC #2 since 2011. Dx: Endometriosis and hypothyroidism. 2 FETs in 2012, BFP 6/12 but m/c @ 7 weeks. IVF #2 06/13. DD #2  born March 2014 (40w1d).

    prolly too far north but yoga bliss in ocean twp, on wickapecko (off sunset ave, near wegmans sorta) doesn't have prenatal classes PER SE but my preggo friend and i went there for like 5 classes around 15 weeks... the owner i think has 2 kids -- one in last yr so she helped us w/certain positions etc.

    i could NOT find any prenatal classes around for months!
