My dog will not let me in the bathroom alone-Anyone else?

He's been my little shadow (or big shadow since he's 100 lbs) this whole time, but its getting insane. He will not leave the bathroom when I go in now.  I try to push him out and he scoots back into the corner.

Every day when getting ready for work he gets his kong with a treat and entertains himself while I shower. Now he is at the door pawing to get in-but of course brings his kong with him. He's a nut!

Anyone else dealing with such a nutty dog?  I would really love to be able to pee some days without Loki trying to kiss my face...

    Yep. My 85lb'er loves to be my shadow. He doesn't move a muscle with DH gets up and walks around or goes to the bathroom, but if I so much as flinch he's up and wanting to know where I'm going.

    How could you mind that little face in your business when you pee?  Seriously, I tell Loki daily that I don't kiss him while he pees, at least he could give me the same courtesey!

    Not a dog, but my cat follows me everywhere.  Between her and my toddler, it's like a house party every time I go to the bathroom.  The cat will also sit outside the shower the entire time and then follow me around, licking my legs, while I finish getting ready.

    Our dog is terrified of the bathroom, but in any other room in the house he is up my arse. Our kitty on the other hand has no problem pushing the door open or scratching at the door till I let her in so she can do figure eights around my legs or try to lay in my lap. It's crazy.

    My dog follows me into the bathroom, watches me pee, take a shower, dry my hair...When I pee he lies down directly in front of me and waits, he allows a little more space from the shower and blow dryer, but he?s always right there keeping watch over his flock....guess that?s just what collies do.
