mommy and me exercise in Fairfax county

I am hoping to try a few mommy and me yoga or pilates classes in the next few weeks with DD#2 (8 weeks old this week). Are there are places that offer these in Centreville, or Fairfax county? I did some in Del Ray at Mind the Mat 2 years ago with DD#1, but we don't live as close anymore. TIA.

In Herndon there is a place called Health Advantage Yoga Center and they offer a Postpartum Yoga class (here is the discription).

POSTPARTUM YOGA
is for new mothers and babies six weeks to six months. This one-hour class focuses on the use of yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation to help you recover from pregnancy and childbirth and to adjust to the demands of motherhood. Please bring diapering supplies, a waterproof changing sheet, and a blanket for your baby.

They are just getting ready to start a new session this week - the class is on Sunday's at 12:30 - and your first session is free so you can try it and see if you like it at no cost! I am really excited about it and am trying in out this Sunday.

I would think some of the hospitals would offer those type of classes (Fairfax, Fair Oaks etc). I want to take one of those this time around.

You can also look into classes through Fairfax Co Parks & Rec. I know they've offered baby and me classes in the past. Their new session just started up, so you could either enter the session late (maybe?) or wait until the fall (early Sept I think).
