Twins 1st b-day party location?

My Los will be turning 1 in october.  DH and i moved away and no longer live in NJ but all of our family and close friends still do.  We would like to have a party in NJ it would be easier for family to come.  But we are at a loss for a location.  Its not possible to have it at any families house so we are looking for "neutral" territory to have it at.  Unfortunately we dont have a lot of $$$ any thoughts on a good location in the ocean county area?

    do any of your family belong to a church with a parish hall they rent out?  We had both our twin's and DS1's 1st bday parties on our church's parish hall - was a cheap way to have a big party - and more fun than a restaurant, too.

    or a VFW?

    i saw you posted elsewhere about a pumpkin patch -but i don't think that would be inexpensive in Oct - i looked into it for DS in march and it wasn't that cheap!
