Holy diarrhea

So while everyone else is dealing with constipation, I am pretty much on the other end of the spectrum.  Today was my worst day.  Almost had a few accidents.  I'm eating what I should, but for some reason this is how my sensitive digestive system is reacting. 

Hope I get back to normal soon....

    I have been having the same problem! However, the other day I bought some Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal and have been eating a decent sized bowl for breakfast and have actually managed to have a few solid bowel movements. It has a lot of fiber in it so I think that helped.

    I am going grocery shopping today so I will have to pick up some of the Kashi Go Lean cereal.  Haven't tried that yet, but I am up for anything at this point!

    I am in the diarhea boat with you too. No constipation here. It is yucky!!

    I feel like i could throw up and i don't...and then i have diarhea instead.

    I was going to say the same thing!!! Im going over and over again everyday..I swear I think I should being the size of a pole now from going so much

    this is exactly how i feel, like im going to throw up but OH WAIT...... Sad i hope it stops, i cant stay out of the bathroom long enough to go to work today!
