Icing recipies for giant cupcake needed! (and tips too)

Hi Ladies! I decided to make the frosting for the giant cupcake for DDs party. Anyone have a good recipie they would like to share? Im open to any flavor. Thanks!

 

(oh and any cooking tips are welcome too!)

    I just used can frosting. 

    Use a lot of cooking spray in the pan before baking. I piped the frosting on the top and then used a spatula to spread it out. It looked a lot better than just spreading it. If you have time, a trial run would be a good idea.

    My tip, wilsons food coloring....VERY staining. On skin.  She had a pink stain for 2 days after her cake smashing pictures.

    My SIL made the giant cupcake and she bought the frosting in the spray can. It worked easier and looked pretty.
