Do I post here?

I usually hang out on the SAIF or preemie boards, but as we've started gearing up to cycle with the RE again, I've been looking to post somewhere that's a bit more TTC-focused again. So do I post TTC stuff here as we're going through IF to TTC no. 2, or do I keep it to SAIF since it's not really secondary IF? Sorry for asking such a dumb question...

Anyway, if I should be posting here, here's a little background on us...got married 9/8/07, came off the pill 2/08, diagnosed with PCOS 6/08, started with RE 11/08. My DD was conceived on a canceled cycle with Metformin, Clomid, and Gonal-F. We had sex on a Friday, expecting to trigger on Sun/Mon with 2 lead follies. On Sun, we found that my ovaries had exploded with follies and had at least 10 in the 16+mm range. We were officially canceled on Monday and put on the pill to shrink the follies. Finished the pill pack, but never got AF, so I tested (sincerely thinking I was just testing so I could tell the RE's office it was a negative) and it came back positive. My DD was born at 33w6d on 9/8/09 (our 2nd anniversary) after my water broke unexpectedly and we found she was in distress. We never found a reason for the pPROM or her distress. She spent 16 days in the NICU, mostly related to feeding issues and came home at 3lb14oz (2oz above her birth weight). 

After my DD was born, we never went back on the pill. After I weaned around 4 months due to low supply and poor weight gain, I started doing Provera to induce every 3 months, and I went to see the RE last month to get started on no.2. Our current game plan is to skip Clomid and go straight to Gonal-F with TI at a lower dose than last time. Given our history, I plan to also chart and use OPKs just in case I start to surge before trigger, and we also plan to use condoms until we get the green light to trigger. I find it very ironic that our TTC plan involves BCP and condoms *eye roll*. But there is no way I'm getting pregnant off a canceled cycle again, I'm pretty sure I lost 10 years off my life when that stick came up positive. It was right after octomom hit the media circuit and I was terrified. We were very lucky to get pregnant with a singleton despite all the mature follicles. We're hoping for 2u2.     You are more than welcome to post here.  A lot of us had primary IF as well as secondary.  GL!!

    Hi, sorry you're back, but welcome! I post here and on IF.  I posted siggy warnings until people got to know I had a kid already, but there's a lot more traffic there.

    Yeah, I definitely miss the IF board for the amount of traffic it gets. Sometimes it's tough to get answers to TTC-related questions on SAIF b/c everyone's more focused on their kiddos. I just would hate to offend anyone with the siggy stuff.
