Our baby is almost three months old and we have been swaddling her for sleep. Recently she has started to rebel and break out of the swaddle. We use the halo sleep sacks and she fights the swaddle and ends up pulling it over her face, which isn't good. Seeing if anyone has broken their baby from swaddling and how you did the process? She still is an arm flailer so I am concerned that she won't sleep without the swaddle, but also concerned that she is going to suffocate herself with the sleep sac. Thanks!
Re: How to break from the swaddle?
Our DD wiggles and squirms out of her blanket swaddle so we started using the swaddle me's.
Maybe try a sleep positioner?
