How do I add a ticker to my posts?

Hey Guys, 

I am  new here and still haven't figured out how to add a ticker and pictures to all my posts. I've gone in under my profile and created it but it does not attach to my comments. HELP!

    Make sure you have the right code for a message board site.  You need the IMG code.

    For pictures I suggest using the site Tinypic.com to upload and resize it then copy the IMG code and past that IMG code into the siggy box under your profile.
