Dr Brown Bottles..

Sorry for my PP that was extremely long! haha, I needed to let that all out.

Anyway, I took Dr Brown bottles yesterday to the cookout. I was really excited to use my travel cooler for her already made bottles! Well, I forgot the white travel things and LO's milk spilled all over the jeep and was everywhere!

So, don't forget the travel things :)

Re: Dr Brown Bottles..

  • I did that once too and thought they'd be okay with just the caps.  They're not. ;)

  • I'm the dummy that forgets to take the cap off before I try and feed her and then can't figure out what's wrong.
  • For some reason mine keep leaking even with the white caps.  (I use the wide neck bottles).  So, I travel with some Medela bottles I have and then just pour that into the Dr. Brown's bottle when I'm ready to feed.  Kind of a PITA but I don't know how to keep the bottles from leaking otherwise.

Are you using the little discs AND the caps, or just the caps? It will leak without the discs.

And yes, I figured out the hard way with DD that you pretty much have to use them!

HAHA! I did this as well. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the milk to come out. Glad I am not the only one.
