Vibes please!

I just got word my SIL is in the hospital. She is 34w1d and has blood in her urine and is in massive pain. The baby is okay but they are keeping her overnight for observation. No word yet on what's wrong but I'm guessing kidney infection? I don't know. She also has gestational diabetes. I'd appreciate any vibes you could send her way, I know she's pretty scared right now. Thanks ladies!
