Abby's Lane vs Jillian's Drawers..recs?

Hi-

DH and I decided to go with cloth diapers and therefore will need specific accesories, so we decided to register online at a store that sells those items, plus additional items (ex. diaper bags, clothing, bath accesories, etc). I've looked at about 8 online stores and have narrowed down the choice to these two. Their prices are about the same (give or take $1 here and there). I've read their return/shipping policy and have compared product selections but I still can't decide where to register. I know I could register at both, but I also know my family and it will be hard enough for them to come to terms with shopping online at a "non-traditional store" and not at Babies R Us, so I want to keep it to just one store.

Any recommendations? TIA!

    I believe Abby's Lane has free shipping on all orders, while JD does not.  Something to think about!

    I really like the customer service at Abby's Lane and she always has promo codes and fast shipping. Jillian's is nice too-fast shipping, huge selection. I tend to support Abby's Lane b/c the store is closer to me.

    JD is semi close to me, and while both are wonderful, I tend to shop more at AL just for the fact that they have free shipping.

    I looove Abby's Lane - besides the always free shipping, she is amazing at customer service.  I attended her class when I first started CDing and she is so helpful.  She has done a lot of back and forth emails with me when I have had CD problems too.

    I haven't used AL but I like the quick ship/fast email replies from JD. I did have to return 3 used diapers I bought that were VERY stained. Everywhere it says no returns on stained items and that fair may have slight staining but on 3 of 20 I had to send them back which means I wasted shipping $$$ here and back. I registered at JD.
