Hi I am new to this site,I have been reading through posts but now am ready to give my story:

I am 38 yrs old, have 2 beatiful daughters from a previous marriage who are 12 and 14.

I got remarried in April 2005 to a wonderful guy who has no children of his own. I went off the pill in 9/05 and found out I was pregnant 2 months later. I then miscarried naturally at 6 weeks. About a year later we started seeing a fertility specialist and tried clomid and injectables along with iui and no success. About a month after stopping drugs I found out I was pregnant but again it was short lived and I miscarried at 6 weeks, this time having a D & C. Pthlology came back that it was a normal chromosone boy...so why did I miscarry??? Started back to RE in Oct. 2008 again doing IUI and injectables, got pregnant and miscarried at 8 weeks.

Laporoscopy says everything is fine and hubby's sperm is fine then why is it taking so long to get pregnant and then why do I miscarry????

In Oct. 2009 we changed to another RE with a great reputation. We have done 3 cycles of IUI with injectables and nothing. Just did our first IVF cycle and now the 2 ww begins...

Only 7 eggs retrieved..6 out of 7 fertilized. All divided by 48hrs but 2 of them had multinuclei so we discarded them. Yesterday was the embryo transfer and we transferred 4: 1- 7 cell, 1- 5 cell, 2- 4 cells all with little to no fragmentation.

Are these embryos ok quality, do I have a chance at actually getting what I want sooo badly this time around???

Any help or support would be greatly appreciated.
