Update: I have my monthly appointment on Tuesday. I felt flutters ~2 wks ago but nothing since then. I am still puking on a regular basis, but I am looking forward to hearing a hb and being assured everything is still okay.
QOTW: A very low key celebration this year since we are going to Japan this month and DH will be working on Monday. We're going over to a friend's for a bbq and I'm going to make pie. 4th of July is my second favorite holiday
I can't believe it but I got a BFP after our first IUI! I know I haven't been on this board long and I want to thank all of you ladies for your knowledge and kind words. I hope you don't mind if I stick around for a while. You wouldn't believe how much responses back to my desperate questions meant to me.
For the weekend fireworks tonight and wedding on the 4th.
Update: I'm taking Clomid now for the first time ever and it hasn't made me crazy like some people said it would, so that's good.
Waiting for the +OPK next week sometime to do our first IUI. I have to go out of town for work tues - thurs, so I'm just really hoping and praying I don't get that + until Thursday or Friday.
QOTW: Our lives have been crazy busy lately with work and other commitments, so we are going to have a low key weekend. Some neighbors and my Dad are doing to come over for a BBQ on the 4th and we'll watch fireworks from our house. Also - our Godson's birthday is this weekend, so celebrating that too.
Update-I have been on a break for a bit now and am missing everything so I may be doing another femara cycle while we save up. I am also in the process of applying for fostering/adoption.
QOTW- Canada day was yesterday. We visited with family and went to the activities at the historical village. We had 9 kids to keep track of! We skipped the fireworks though because they were by shuttle bus only and with this cast on my leg I didn't want to have to walk too far.

Update: I am 4DPO after my second Femara cycle. I had very strong O pains this time (same that I had with DS2) so I am hoping that is a good sign.
QOTD: I am actually working the 4th of July for my old job (I was a wedding coordinator before I went into real esate, so they call me a lot when they are overbooked to coordinate events). We leave the 5th until the 7th for some time on a small island without the kids. I'm hoping it is my last few drinks before we are pregnant with #3 but we'll see.
Update: I am 9dpiui. I am praying hard for a BFP. I will be testing this Sunday. RE won't do a beta until I get a pos on my own. Fingers crossed!
QOTD: We are having family over for a BBQ and going to watch fireworks. I have some new recipes I am trying out. I hope they're good.

Update: This have been topsy turvy crazy lately. I just finished my testing and then I have a final consult in August. It looks like we will be doing ICSI in September. My DH got a job offer and took it so our insurance will be changing. I am extremely anxious that we won't have the coverage we will need to move forward or we will get denied. I am pretty upset about the timing and everything and I think he is being selfish.
QOTW: We are laying low. We are going to check out some fireworks Sat night, parade Sunday and my parents boat on Monday.
Update: Still waiting on AF. I'll probably start Provera sometime this weekend. Today is CD 35. Ugh.
QOTW: We'll be at my mom's. She throws a big party every year on the 4th. I think we may also take our DD to see Toy Story 3.
Update: I so feel like testing now (11dp3dt), but I'm just gonna wait for my beta on Monday.

9 wks today. I had to switch OBGYNs due to DH changing jobs/insurance, so I had my first exam with the new OB last Weds. They won't be consulting a high risk specialist, but rather doing my cerlcage/progesterone shots/monitoring for IC "in house." I don't love that, but unfortunately, I don't have any choice in dr's with our new insurance. Still just feeling blessed to have these issues though. I have another appt. in 2 wks to check for a HB w/ the doppler and my 1st tri screen the week after that.
We are going to my parents' for their annual 4th of July picnic today. You can see the local fireworks from their back yard. I actually don't care much for fireworks and the like, but it'll be nice to see everyone.
UPDATE: I haven't posted in a while, but I do have a BFP to share! We have been pursuing adoption in the past 6 months, but on Mother's Day I got a surprise BFP. I've had 3 m/c during 2.5 years of IF treatment, and have experienced the same spotting/cramping, but so far this bean is sticking around! I've have 3 good ultrasounds (they think the spotting is a subchorionic bleed), and now hear the bean regularly on the doppler. I have my NT scan this week, so we're praying everything is perfect.

Good Morning.
We had an appointment on Friday for a growth scan to make sure our bug is still growing and boy did it ever. We made it through the point in our pregnancy where the little one stopped growing last time...and...the Dr. actually changed our due date from 2/2 to 1/28. I've consistently been measuring a week ahead, so they (the RE and OB) agreed with each other to push my due date back based upon my LMP instead of when they knew I ovulated. Very excited to be that much closer to the end of the first tri! If you could please update my due date, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
QOTW: We had a pretty low-key 4th. Took DS to see Toy Story 3 in 3D and to my BFF's house for a picnic. Other than that we stayed cool inside relaxing and watching Bravo channel junk!
