I've been doing pelvic circles on the exercise ball tonight and it caused a lot of pressure, feeling like I had to poop and when I went to the bathroom lots more mucus plug came out.

Hopefully tmrw will show some sort of progress, altho the baby is still super high, butt under my boobs. If his exam is really hurting I'm going to tell him to stop.
