I am! But like the pp, I hope I don't have to be induced! I hear that pitocin brings on killer contractions that are back to back with no relief in between!

I'm trying again this time. The first time I made it to 7 cm, got an epi for about 15 minutes, couldn't feel or move my legs or feel contractions so they turned it off. Big waste, so now I'm pretty motivated.
I wanted to, but the babies had plans of their own..They are both breech and Baby B's head is in my ribcage..We have tried versions this early but nothing..Now they don't have much room so there isn't much hope of them flipping..So a C-section may be in my near future. boo
:-) That is the goal! A bit nervous that I won't be able to stay strong, but also trying to keep an open mind to not be disappointed in myself if I give in.
That's my plan! We've hired a doula and she's been a great support so far and I'm not even in labor yet. Fingers crossed I won't need an induction though!!!
I'm going to really, really try...and if I have to get the epi I'm going to lie to my MIL and tell her I didn't get it. Just because I don't want to hear "I told you so."
Just kidding, I'm actually a terrible liar. I just have to keep thinking I can do this!!

I always said I wouldn't get an epi this time because my epi didn't work last time, but I'm willing to pay just incase it works.
I am going to try... I'm not saying I won't take the epi though.
I'll be going in with an open mind.
Just go into things with an open mind- you feel less like a failure that way if you do need/want an epi.
I went 17hrs med free- got the epi and had it turned off to push with DD- was a nice combo.
Planning and preparing for med-free. Unless I am to have a hospital transfer, the epi would not be an option for me.
Hoping for the best.
This. I can't get an epi unless there's an emergency and I get transferred out of the birth center.
