what do you put in your dc's sippy cup?

Just purchased our first sippy cup, maybe a dumb question but what have you been offering dc in it? he hasn't tried anything other than bm and formula.

water mostly. we tried formula once but he was not impressed, lol! We're not going to do juice for a very long time. It's completely unnecessary in my opinion (unless constipated).

When we first got them, water (only). Now that she's a little older (11 months), she also gets all her 'bottles' (i.e., formula) in the sippy cup since we'll be transitioning her off the bottle soon. Plus, we still give her water in her sippy cup throughout the day.
