3 Month Old Fighting Sleep and Swaddle?????

So my three month old has recently decided to fight the swaddle (but does not sleep well without it) and sleep in general. She is way more fussy than usual as well. Up until now she has been a very calm and happy baby that sleeps very good at night, sometimes up to 10 hours. However, the last few days she is very fussy and fighting sleep like crazy.

Anyone else have this happen around the three month mark.

    Yep, been going thought it for 2 or so weeks.  Tonight I let me go free (no swaddle) and after fussing for an hour I put her back in it and she looked like she had an instant sigh of relaxation.

    If she's breastfed it might be the 3 month growth spurt.

    Yep - we are in the same boat. She has been fussier and fighting the swaddle for a couple weeks now. I think its a growth spurt b/c it seems like DD gets bigger every day!  She's FF though. 

    We bought this product called Baby Merlin's Magic Sleepsuit.  It is supposed to be used beginning around 3 months when most babies start to fight the swaddle.  So far DD has slept 9-12 hours the past 4 nights, in her crib.

    She might be going through a growth spurt.  I found a great transition from swaddling was a Halo sleepsack - you could give that a try.
