just ordered 1,000 pics!

    Wow, that's a whole lot of pictures!  I have that in boxes waiting for me to put in albums. LOL  I'm behind over a yr.

    Love the idea you have to decorate.  I've always wanted to place pictures of us in our travels in black and white around the house.  Let's see if I get inspired.  LOL

    It's really hard b/c every time we come back from a trip, it's back to work and the insanity.  So, I finally decided that I'm going to tackle these projects during my time off.  It's nice to reminisce and I think it will be nice to have all these albums to show Elise, especially, since we won't be able to travel again for a loooong time.

    Oh, I love looking back at the photos!  When niece/nephew sleep over, we usually spend some time going back to old photos to remember special events (their bday, beach vacation, Disney), and they love it.

    For my big events/travels, I make photobooks from MyPublisher, which I love.  And I already told DH to exect a lot more next yr!  I want to do one for the pregnancy and shower, another from their birth and first couple of wks, and anther for their baptism!  There alone is 3 books, and those add up quickly.

    That is a lot of pictures! The wall along our staircase is reserved for frames of different shapes and sizes. I love the look of a wall full of frames.

    I'm just as bad.  We have over 1000 pics on the sd card in our camera!  I have pics from November of last year forward that have yet to be printed.  I keep thinking I'll get some time to edit out the bad ones, but I haven't yet.  We usually go to costco, and it takes a while to upload to their computer there, and I never feel like I can take the time with the kids. . . ugh.  So they just sit there on the camera card!

    Anyhow, so congrats on getting those done.  I swear I still have vacation photos unprinted from BEFORE we even had kids . . . and my oldest is 3!

    Holy cow that's a lot of pics! But I'm not one to talk, I'm sure I'd be right up there if I looked into printing it all! Loved the wall decor!
