Poops during morning nap - 5 days in a row!

Our girls have been very "regular" the last 5 days.  They keep pooping during their morning nap.  One will poop, not be able to fall back asleep, and wake the other.  I'll go in, change the diaper, and they may or may not fall back asleep.  THEN, the other twin will poop her diaper about 30-60 minutes later - and wake her sister.  At which point naptime is over and neither of them has slept for more than 30 minutes.

We've tried waiting later to put them down for their morning nap- hoping they'll go to the bathroom, but they get so tired and cranky.  Any ideas??  I'm glad their poops are regular (they used to be constipated), but their morning naps are really suffering.

    Could they nap in separate rooms if they keep waking each other up?

    We were thinking about that - but we only have one other bedroom & sometimes DH will take naps in there while the girls are napping.  If it keeps up, I guess we'll have to try it!  Thanks.
