Where have you had the best luck when it came to finding a job? Websites (which ones), newspapers, anywhere? I graduated a year ago and am thinking I need to expand what type of work I'm looking for.
Any suggestions are very appreciated.

I've had the most luck asking around. Asking friends if they know anyone hiring. Checking the paper is good too.
Monster and hotjobs are crap now with all the spam. Don't waste your time with that.
I've noticed a lot of spam on those sites too.
I had some luck searching on Indeed.com.
With my current job I just told everyone I knew (aside from present employeer/coworkers) that I was looking and asked them to keep an eye out for me - my mom actually saw the ad for my job.
