1st appt tomorrow-?'s to ask

in 1st Trimester
Okay ladies tomorrow is my first appt.  I have been making a list of questions to ask but was hoping you could give me a few examples of things you asked or think are important to ask.  I'm hoping I won't walk out the door and say crap...I should have asked her that!  Thank you for any and all ideas.

    I'd ask for an approved medication list.  I know I had to call the nurses line so many times to make sure something was safe to take.

    Ask what foods are off limits. I was surprised when my dr. the last two times said not to eat soft serve ice cream from McD's because of the listeria that can develop at the spout where the ice cream dispenses.

    Also, ask about teas. There are a lot of teas that cause uterine contractions, and some can cause birth defects in the first tri. Green Tea, for example, causes spina bifida to a developing fetus. 

    See what your exercise limit is, too.
