what scooter for a 3 yr. old?

We're thinking of getting our nephew a scooter for his 3rd B-day. Any recommendations on any particular scooter or scooters to stay away from?

DS is 3 and has this one and it's great! It's a perfect size for him and takes his beatings like a champ.
