NBR: Wifi Question...Don't laugh :)

Okay so I'm thinking about buying the Nook ereader... They just came out with one that has Wifi.... So If I have a wireless router at home can my nook connect to that and download books? what about like at the hospital when baby comes or some other Wifi location? Does it matter where it is, or is it only certain locations?

Some many questions, I know. any advice would be great... I know I'm an idiot, but I have no idea how that all works

Anywhere that has free, unprotected Wifi, you should be able to access. You will probably have to use your password for it to gain access at home.

I have a kindle and its anywhere that has acessible wifi I would assume the nook is similar

ps I love my kindle so any of those I think is a GREAT investment if you read a ton

If it's Wifi is should work like you want it to. I can't imagine why it wouldn't. It looks like you might need AT&T service for it, though.

I have a Kindle and you dont need to be around wifi. I think it works somehow with cell towers. But you can go to Mcdonalds or anywhere and use theirs

I have the kindle and love love love it. It works off of cell towers so you don't even need a wifi connection. Look at both before you make a decision.
