I borrowed it from a friend. It is pretty challenging. I don't do it every day though. I think I average 2-3 x/wk. I haven't seen any results yet, but I've been eating really bad lately. Good luck.
I'd check youtube or fitness on demand and see if you like it first. I did it for about 2 weeks and injured myself (how embarrassing!) and decided I should just stick to walking and riding my bike.

i have been contemplating this as well. you have to tell me if you get it! i cant decide whether i would keep up with it. i wish we lived closer so you could keep me motivated i need to get rid of this extra baby weight pronto
