First U/S today for #2...  I swear it looks like he's got a big ol' grin.  Am I nuts?

    if by "HE" you mean your body/uterus and the space in there, than yes.

    Strangely enough (and maybe associated with the fact that I just finished an incredibly well illustrated Children's book), I see what you are talking about. It's likely just a shadow, but it does look like a little grin.
