NBR: Meal Ideas?

I'm doing meal-planning for the next couple of weeks and I'm so un-hungry, it's hard to come up with ideas.

Suggestions for yummy, relatively easy dinners?

Re: NBR: Meal Ideas?

  • I just bought a bagged frozen chicken florentine alfredo that has pasta in it, and i usually add a little extra pasta to it, but it's been good because i don't have to smell the raw chicken and its fast, easy, and pretty good.

  • I've been relying on frozen dinners alot lately. Turkey burgers and roasted asparagus is another staple in our house.

  • I've got chicken taco meat in the crockpot (which I'll shred when done).

A can of chicken broth, a packet of taco seasoning, and 1 lb of chicken breasts. Cook on low 4-6 hours (if thawed) and 6-7 hours (if frozen). Shred and serv on soft tortillas with cheese, lettuce, salsa, etc. SO EASY!!

I can't believe I've never heard of this. I'm filing it away in my easy recipes.
