She usually wakes up once and I feed/change her. Sometimes she'll wake up again at 4 or 5am, but she can usually make it until about 6:30 when we get up.
Depends on what you mean by "night". Between lets say... 7 pm and 7 am, she will wake up 2-3 times to eat and get a new diaper. I don't think she has ever woken up to "play"... although maybe she does and I just assume she's hungry. She seems too little to "play" I guess.
Once around 1-2am and again at 4-5am. The 1-2am is definately for feeding. The 4-5am is sometimes for feeding....on the rare (and very dreaded) occasions, its because he just wants to be awake :-)

LO goes down between 9:00/10:00, gets up to eat at 2:00/2:30, then up for the day at 6:30/7:30. Does not have BM at night so no changing needed. He eats for about 15 minutes and he is back in bed. He is almost 8 weeks, breastfed, and swaddled with the miracle blanket.
Last night it was just once - he ate, stayed up (but drowsy) for 20-30 minutes, then back to sleep. We aren't into a usual routine yet though. Sometimes he gets up two times and he just wants to cry :-(

DD slept through the night 7 days in a row and then last night... up twice, 2:30 and 4:30!

Once 3 hours after he goes to bed (9ish) to eat. He goes right back down and will wake up at 2-3 am just because that's his habitual awake time. Not much can get him back to sleep then. Eventually, 4-5 am he will go back to sleep and sleep for another 2 hour stretch.

We are up every 2 to 3 hours still which ends up being 4-6 times a night. He wakes up just to eat and then goes back to sleep. Usually he is down between 8-10pm and up around 7-8am. I am wondering if the ladies who have littler ones that are only up 1-3 times a night are bfing or ffing. I would love to know how to get my bfing LO to sleep up to 4 hours in a row!
He goes down between 7p & 8p. We do a dreamfeed 10:30 - 11:00 and he wakes around 6a ready to eat. When he does wake up its around 4a and its no longer to eat paci or a bit of rocking & hes out
Those of you up 2 - 3 times - I was right there with you until we started the dreamfeed between 10p - 11p. Then he was only up once. And as long as it is after 6am I consider it starting our day and will turn the lights on & everything. Granted he's usually only up about 45 mins then back down for a "nap"
11weeks and I finally feel like I've got this down...woohoo!!!
Once to be changed and fed. She gets up between 4 - 5 AM and usually goes right back to sleep for another 3 hours afterwards. But the past two days, she's been up for good after the 5 AM feeding.

My son wakes up every 2-3 hours to eat. I change his diaper before I feed him. If I go to bed at 9:00 with him he's up again at 12:00, 3:00 and 6:00 a.m.

This made me laugh. Out loud.
LO just starting sleeping 8 hour stretches, but for a while it was only once a night, and to eat.
